CLASS REFUNDS: Our class refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase of a class, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. We may make certain exceptions or credit your purchase for another class or service, on a case-by-case basis.
WRITER SERVICE REFUNDS: To be eligible for a refund for a writer service (consultation, feedback, etc) you must cancel your consultation meeting 24 hours in advance. We may make certain exceptions, on a rare, case-by-case basis.
Whether for a class or service, to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number from your confirmation email and the date you made the purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request to cancel and confirmation number is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days. Depending on your original method of payment, it may take longer to show up on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Applicable items will be refunded in part or whole based on the price paid. If you bought it at sale price, the refund will not exceed that amount.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace materials if they are defective or damaged. If you are rescheduling, whatever you originally paid will be automatically applied to the new date. If we are crediting your purchase toward a different class, whatever you originally paid will be automatically applied to the new class.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and given directly to you, it cannot be refunded but it can be applied to any of our classes or services.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order emailed to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
